Ingredients

1 1⁄2 c
flour
1 c
sugar
3⁄4 c
cocoa
2 t
baking powder
1⁄4 t
salt
1 c
applesauce
1
egg
1⁄4 c
vegetable oil
1⁄4 t
almond extract
1⁄2 c
white chocolate chips

Instructions

In a bowl sift all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients stirring until combined. Add to the flour mixture and stir till moistened. Add the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
