Ingredients

2 c
baking mix
2 T
sugar
1
egg
2⁄3 c
water
1⁄3 c
baking mix
1⁄3 c
brown sugar
1⁄2 t
cinnamon
2 T
margarine

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" cake pan. Mix all ingredients except topping. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds and then spread in pan. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly then sprinkle on top of batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
